Senior School

The Senior School structure (Years 11 and 12) aims to provide all students with a supportive and encouraging environment conducive to learning and to personal growth and development, preparing students to meet the challenges of life beyond their secondary education.

The College offers its students a wide range of senior studies including the Victorian Certificate of Education (VCE), the Victorian Certificate of Applied Learning (VCAL) and Vocational Education and Training (VET).

VCAL Foundation, Intermediate and Senior

The College runs an on-site VCAL program at the Foundation, Intermediate and Senior levels. Each VCAL award level contains Applied Learning in the following four areas of study:

  1. Literacy and Numeracy
  2. Work Related Skills
  3. Personal Development Skills
  4. Industry Related Skills

VET Certificate II in Hospitality (Kitchen Operations)

The VCE VET Hospitality program is drawn from a national training package and offers portable qualifications that are recognised throughout Australia. These qualifications provide students with the knowledge and skills to prepare them for a diverse range of occupations in the hospitality industry including commercial cookery, catering and food and beverage service.
