The Westall English Language Centre (WELC) is a government-funded intensive English Language program designed for new arrivals.

WELC has primary and secondary classes and offers an excellent start to your schooling in Australia in a supportive environment. Students usually stay for 2 – 4 terms (6 months – 1 year) at the Language Centre.

Students come from many different countries, and are taught by highly trained specialist EAL teachers.  Students are also supported, both in and out of the classroom, by Multicultural Education Aides (MEAs).  We have MEAs who speak Chinese, Khmer and Vietnamese at Westall.
